| Day 15 (3 Nov 2007) : Phuket - Rest Day Really a rest day with beaches, swimming, massages, reading and shopping. |

| Day 16 (4 Nov 2007) : Phuket to Khao Lak At 8:30am, 11 cyclists left Surin Beach for the start of third leg, waving bye bye to the 4 who had to leave the tour. Of the 8 new ones, 5 had flown in from Germany and 3 from Singapore. Cloudy and cool with a refreshing shower after 2 hrs of riding. The 1st break and lunch was directly on the beach. Reached Khao Lak after 95 km riding at 2pm. |

| Day 17 (5 Nov 2007) : Khao Lak to Kuraburi Left Khao Lak at 8am. Sunny, not too hot and no rain till arrival at Green View Resort near Kuraburi after 70 km at 1pm. The mountainous scenery and low traffic made today's ride specially enjoyable. Stopped at primary school supported by World Vision. |

| Day 18 (6 Nov 2007) : Kuraburi to Ranong Started at 8:15am for a 126 km hilly ride. First 30 km was fast, cool and dry. Then rain of varying intensity till we reached Ranong Royal Princess Hotel at 3:45pm for its enjoyable spring by the pool. |

| Day 19 (7 Nov 2007) : Ranong to Chumpon Still raining this morning and also when we left at 8:30am for our 121 km tour to Chumpon on the Gulf of Siam side. Stopped at Isthmus of Kra and on a Burmese market. Unfortunately, rained also on the east coast of Thailand, although not heavy. With the last 34 km to go, TTOH was stopped by a fallen tree blocking the whole road but a dozen of workers quickly opened a way first for us to continue our journey. 3 punctures today, 2 of which on a mountain bike. All bicycles had high water pressure cleaning at car wash station in front of the hotel, where we arrived at 4:30pm. |

| Day 20 (8 Nov 2007) : Chumpon to Bang Saphan Noi Left at 8:30am despite some of us got stuck in the hotel lift. Luckily, there was no rain today. However, lots of headwind along the 101 km quiet and rural roads to Bang Saphan Noi, a charming fishing village where we arrived at 4pm. Nice Beach with strong breeze and cold beer. |

| Day 21 (9 Nov 2007) : Bang Saphan Noi to Prachup Kiri Khan Sunrise over the sea and started at 8:30am with no rain for the whole day. Sunshine in the afternoon! Strong headwinds during scenic ride along the coast for half of the 115 km to Prachup Kiri Khan, where we arrived at 3:30pm. Thereafter, 374 steps up to 'monkey monastery' to view the beautiful sunset over Myanmar mountain range. |

| Day 22 (10 Nov 2007) : Prachup Kiri Khan to Pranburi 6 new riders joined us this morning when we left at 8:20am. Sunny and hot, but some strong cool headwinds. Passed through Sam Roy Yod Naached Dolphin Bay Resort by the beach after 70 km at 2pm. |

| Day 23 (11 Nov 2007) : Pranburi to Petchiburi Left 8:50am for a leisurely Sunday ride of 134 km along the coast and through the rice field. Stopped at beaches in Pranburi, Chaam and Had Jaosamrang. Last 10 km was the beautiful sunset on the left. Arrived 5:30pm, tired but happy at Royal Diamond Hotel in Petchiburi. |

| Day 24 (12 Nov 2007) : Petchiburi to Ampawa / Finish at Bangkok Comfortable transfer into Bangkok by minibus due to road constructions and heavy traffic. Stopped at floating market with short but pleasant boat tour. Very warm and memorable welcome at the Ministry of Health. |
