| Day 10 (29 Oct 2007) : Penang to Langkawi and Satun Relaxing day on 2 scenic ferry rides to Langkawi and sleepy Satun and a 10 km prolog for tomorrow's 155 km ride to Trang, well prepared physically and mentally. |

| Day 11 (30 Oct 2007) : Satun to Trang Left early at 7:30am to try to reach Trang before sunset at 6pm. Sunny but not too hot till the tropical rain extended our Thai lunch including a short nap. Eventually we still got showered on the last 45 km. Nevertheless we achieved an average of 27 on the 150 km according to GPS even without the "Philippines Express" who had to leave us in Penang. Reached the hot showers at 5:30pm. |

| Day 12 (31 Oct 2007) : Trang to Krabi
Today's GPS recorded 129 km rather than the scheduled 106 km. Sunny but cool, following the rain without getting wet! Left 8:15am and arrived 4:30pm at Golden Hill Hotel in Krabi. Last 45 km post lunch slightly downhill towards the sea at nice speed. |

| Day 13 (1 Nov 2007) : Krabi to Phang Nga Bay Left 8:30am for a nice and easy day of 93 km to Phan Nga, where we arrived at 4pm. Beautiful scenary on the road as well as on the 2 hours boat ride through the National Park before sunset. |
